Congress only interested in keeping poor in poverty, public service may be an alien concept for it: JP Nadda

JP Nadda targets Congress: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief JP Nadda today (October 22) attacked the Congress, saying public service delivery may be an 'alien concept' for it as its only interest is to keep the poor in poverty.
