PM Modi on Pakistan: 'New Delhi wants 'normal, neighborly relations' but...'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that India wants a 'normal and neighbourly' relations with Pakistan, however, it is for Pakistan to create a conducive environment free from terrorism and hostilities.
