Medical body issued show cause notice to 31 firms following concerns over online drugs sale: Govt tells LS

Minister of State for Health Bharati Pravin Pawar on Friday, in a written reply in Lok Sabha, said the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has issued show cause notices to 31 firms based on representations raising concerns over the sale of drugs online or through other electronic platforms in contravention to the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
