Punjab: Arrested IAS officer's son dies of bullet wound, cops say suicide; family alleges foul play

Punjab IAS officer's son dead: A 27-year-old son of IAS officer Sanjay Popli, who was arrested in a graft case, died of bullet wounds on Saturday. While cops said he has died by suicide, his family alleged there was foul play.
