Rajasthan Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal on Thursday gave a shocker as he called Rajasthan, a 'men's state'. During an address in the Rajasthan assembly, where he was 'explaining the reason' why Rajasthan is number one in rape crimes.
