'Will make Delhi world’s ‘most progressive capital’: Kejriwal on eve of AAP’s 7th anniversary in power

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has promised to make Delhi "the most progressive national capital in the world" on the eve of the completion of the AAP government's seventh anniversary in power in the city on Tuesday.
