Rahul Gandhi to be first speaker in debate on Motion of Thanks, likely to raise Pegasus, China, LAC

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi will be leading the debate from the opposition benches on the Motion of Thanks on the President's Address on Wednesday. He will be the first speaker from the party.
