J&K: Several injured after stampede at Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan in Katra

Several people were reported injured after a stampede was reported at Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan in Jammu and Kashmir's Katra in the wee hours of Saturday. According to the details, rescue operations at the shrine were underway.
