Dehradun: Section 144 implemented, schools closed ahead of PM Modi's visit

Education institutions in Uttarakhand's Dehradun will remain closed and Section 144 of CrPC will be effective on Saturday and on Sunday in view of the Prime Minister's Narendra Modi's visit today (December 4), District Magistrate Dr R Rajesh Kumar informed.
