Ex-Mumbai Police chief Param Bir Singh moves Mumbai court seeking annulment of 'absconder' notice

Former Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh on Friday filed an application seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrant and the order of proclaimed offender against him at the Esplanade court in Mumbai.
