'Who are accused, whether arrested or not': SC seeks answers on Lakhimpur Kheri violence

The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Uttar Pradesh government to explain who are the accused against whom FIR has been registered in connection with the October 3 Lakhimpur Kheri violence, in which eight people were killed, and whether they have been arrested.
