Kerala rains: Death toll reaches 22; PM Modi talks to CM, says authorities working on ground

The death toll due to heavy rains in Kerala reached 22 on Sunday, as Idukki and Kottayam districts were hit hard. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the centre would provide assistance to the Pinarayi Vijayan-led state to tackle the situation.
