BJP, Uttar Pradesh Police violating spirit of Constitution: Navjot Sidhu

Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu on Wednesday slammed the Uttar Pradesh Police for detaining party leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and accused it of violating the spirit of the Constitution.
