Delhi: Liquor take-away service from microbreweries; bars, restaurants can serve till 3 AM

The Delhi government's new excise policy now allows bars in hotels, restaurants and clubs to operate till 3 am except for those licensees which have been given license to operate round the clock service of liquor. Such establishments can also serve liquor in the open spaces such terrace and balcony.
