Mission UP 2022 begins! Top Congress leader from 'G23' to join BJP today

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Anil Baluni has said that a senior Congress leader will join the saffron party today. Sources told India TV that the leader had served as a minister in the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government.
