Top leaders of US, Russia to hold parleys in New Delhi today

Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov and US special presidential envoy for climate John Kerry both landed in the national capital on Monday evening. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, on a two-day visit to India, is set to hold talks with his External Affairs minister S Jaishankar today.
