Shortage of vaccine serious issue, not 'Utsav': Rahul Gandhi slams PM Modi's 'Tika' fest call

Amid a massive spike in COVID-19 cases in India, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi questioned the export of vaccines on Friday. He asked if it is right to do so and put the lives of Indians in danger.
