Foreign media report linking Mumbai power outage to Chinese cyber attack true: Maharashtra Minister

Maharashtra Energy Minister Nitin Raut on Monday said that a report by the New York Times (NYT) claiming that last year's big power outage in Mumbai was triggered by Chinese cyber attack was true.
