The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the environmental clearance and notification for change in land use for Central Vista Project. A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and Sanjiv Khanna, however, directed project proponent of Central Vista project to install smog tower and use anti-smog guns at all construction sites.
