PNB Scam: Nirav Modi's sister turns prosecution witness

A special court in Mumbai has allowed Purvi Modi, sister of fugitive diamond merchant Nirav Modi, to become an "approver" or a prosecution witness in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam case.
