Parts of Delhi witnessed fog on Wednesday as the minimum temperature in the national capital dropped to four degrees Celsius, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. According to an IMD statement, 'moderate' fog lowered visibility to 201 metres at Safdarjung and to 350 metres at Palam.
