Delhi shivers in winter chill, cold wave conditions to persist

A severe cold day was recorded in Delhi and northern states with cold wave conditions set to prevail in the coming days. Icy northerly winds from the Himalayas brought down the mercury in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and other states.
