The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH) sealed 13 illegal units, running without any permission and without obtaining any permits, in the Nanu Kaka estate, situated on Pirana-Piplaj road in Ahmedabad where the chemical blast claimed more than a dozen lives.
