With the mean minimum temperature dropping to 10.2 degrees Celsius, Delhi this year witnessed the coldest November in 71 years, the India Meteorological Department has said. Earlier in 1949, Delhi had recorded a mean minimum temperature of 10.2 degrees Celsius in the month of November.
