The Uttarakhand government has confirmed a total of 3,791 senior secondary schools in the state are set to reopen from November 2. The order also stated the schools will reopen for standard 10th and 12th and students will only be allowed to attend classes after written permission from parents. Meanwhile, the state government has released guidelines to be followed by educational institutes to check the spread of COVID-19.
