2 terrorist associates held, hideout busted in Kashmir

The Jammu and Kashmir Police along with other security forces have arrested two terrorist associates and busted a terrorist hideout in Kashmir, officials said on Tuesday. The Srinagar Police with the assistance of Pulwama Police and Army's 50 RR arrested two overground workers (OGWs) of terrorists from South Kashmir's Pulwama district.

At 18,795, India logs lowest single day COVID case rise in over 200 days; 179 deaths reported

India recorded 18,795 new cases of the novel coronavirus, along with 179 deaths due to the infection in the past 24 hours. According to the data shared by the Union Health Ministry on Tuesday, the country saw a total of 26,030 recoveries in the last 24 hours, taking the total recovery rate at around 97.81 per cent and total recoveries to 3,29,58,002.

Bombay HC issues new guidelines for sexual harassment at workplace cases | Read here

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday issued guidelines for cases under the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rules. One of the new rules says that the names of the parties will not be mentioned in the order sheets. Justice GS Patel passed an order to protect the interest of both accused and victim parties in cases of sexual harassment at the workplace.
