Faridabad murder: Third accused arrested from Nuh

The Faridabad police on Wednesday arrested one more person in connection with the murder of 21-year old woman in Ballabhgarh, news agency ANI reported. The arrested accused has been identified as Ajru.

NDMC issues challans to 218 polluters, collects Rs 18.18 lakhs in a week

As many as 218 peole were challaned over non-compliance with pollution control measures in North Delhi, in the last seven days. According to a statement issued by the NDMC, it has issued challans to 218 violators and collected Rs 18.18 lakhs in the last seven days. As many as 91 challans for Rs 4.10 lakhs have been issued for illegal dumping and burning of garbage and plastic waste after inspecting 1,178 sites while 30 challans amounting to Rs 1.3 lakh were issued for C&D activities (illegal dumping) after inspecting 142 sites, it said.

The station that has been renamed is Sector 50. The station will now be known as the Pride Station.

Gurugram property owners can lose water, sevage connections on failure to clear tax dues. Check last date

Property owners in Gurugram can lose their water and sewage connections if they fail to clear their property tax dues by October 31, officials of the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) said on Wednesday. According to the MCG officials, as per the notification issued by the Haryana government, only three days are left to avail the benefit of exemption in the payment of property tax issued by the MCG.
