The Madhya Pradesh government has written to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) about renaming the recently redeveloped Habibganj railway station after Rani Kamlapati, the 18th Century Gond queen of the region.
A layer of smog shrouded Delhi-NCR on Saturday as the air quality in Delhi dipped to 'severe' category today. On Friday, the air quality in the national capital was 'very poor'. The System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR) under the Ministry of Earth Science reported that the air quality is in the 'severe' category in Delhi with an air quality index (AQI) of 499.
The security forces have identified 38 Pakistani terrorists active in the Kashmir valley and a coordinated operation will be launched soon to neutralise them, sources in the intelligence grid have said. The sources said on Friday that out of 38 ultras, 27 belong to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and 11 are from Jaish-e Mohammad (JeM) and they are on the radar of the security forces.
