The Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM), an umbrella body of farmer unions spearheading the agitation against the Centre's three agri laws held 'rail roko' protest across the country over Lakhimpur violence on Monday. The six hour protest was in demand of the the dismissal and arrest of Union Minister Ajay Mishra in connection with the Lakhimpur Kheri violence.
Four more persons, including a BJP worker, were apprehended by the Uttar Pradesh police and SWAT team of the crime branch on Monday in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence incident, taking the number of total arrests so far to 10, said officials.
Antibodies against the COVID-19 infection were found in 76.3 per cent of people in the third round of sero-survey in Haryana, Health Minister Anil Vij said on Monday.
