Defence Minister and local MP Rajnath Singh on Sunday said the 105-km-long Ring Road in Lucknow will soon be completed and that would ease movement of vehicular traffic arriving from other cities. 
An undertrial, accused of raping a minor, allegedly hanged himself in the washroom of a hospital in Rae Bareli, police said. The deceased, Ram Baran Yadav, 38, was suffering from depression and had been admitted to the hospital on Friday. He was found hanging on Sunday.
