Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to hold a virtual summit with his UK counterpart Boris Johnson on Tuesday, in which the leaders will launch the Comprehensive Roadmap 2030, to further enhance bilateral ties. A Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) release stated that the summit will be an important opportunity to elevate our multi-faceted strategic ties and enhance cooperation on regional and global issues of mutual interest.
The Varanasi police have started a crackdown on medical stores that are overcharging buyers for medicines and critical instruments like oximeters amid a shortage triggered by huge demand. Ambulance services that are overcharging are also falling in the police net. According to Varanasi Police Commissioner A. The second Oxygen Express with 120 MT of life-saving gas filled in six containers reached Delhi on Tuesday morning from West Bengal's Durgapur, news agency ANI reported. The first such train arrived in Delhi from Chhattisgarh carrying 70 tonnes of liquid medical oxygen.
