Agitated farmers are slated to block the 135-km-long Western Peripheral Expressway, also known as Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, from 11 am to till 4 pm on Saturday to mark 100 days of protest against the Centre's farm laws. The farmer agitation against Centre's farm laws, had begun on November 26. The step to block the expressway is a part of the strategy to intensify the ongoing protest.

Delhi: Doctor duped on pretext of updating KYC of bank account
The Delhi Police arrested two cheats for duping a Delhi-based woman doctor on the pretext of updating KYC of her bank account. During the course of the investigation, it was revealed that Rs 7 lakh was transferred into two bank accounts and Paytm. The details of the alleged beneficiary accounts were analyzed and the linked details were also checked.

Sex tape case: 6 Karnataka ministers move court to restrain media
As many as six Karnataka ministers have moved a Bangaluru court seeking to restrain media organisations from publishing or airing any “defamatory or unauthenticated” material against them. The six ministers of Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa-led government who moved the court Friday include Labour Minister Shivaram Hebbar, Agriculture Minister BC Patil, Cooperative Minister ST Somashekar and Health, Family Welfare and Medical Education Minister K Sudhakar.

PM Modi to address Combined Commanders' Conference today; jawans to participate
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address a conference of the county's top military leadership in Gujarat's Kevadia on Saturday, which will also see the participation of jawans and junior commissioned officers (JCOs) for the first time, according to an official statement on Thursday. The Combined Commanders' Conference, a premier brainstorming event of the military officials, is taking place after three years in Kevadia from Thursday to Saturday, the Department of Military Affairs (DMA) said in a statement.

In talks with Chinese minister, Indian envoy emphasises on complete disengagement in eastern Ladakh
